February 20, 2021 - Consistent, very good. No savory this time, instead very fresh, with quite vivid, pure soil/place notes. A touch of forest floor by the second glass. Went really well with a simple mushroom polenta. No sign of fading; thru 2023+. 13,5% abv., DIAM. recommended+

December 22, 2020 - nearly finished with two cases (release). Still a lovely wine. Has taken on the lightest, almost artful, savory touch. Love it, and a great food wine. recommended
