September 6, 2022 - Rioja (Rincon 38): This does seem like an extra brut, with lots of acid and no sweetness. There's an interesting and very distinct red wine flavor from this wine.

August 28, 2022 - A very distinctive rose champagne almost like no other w/ excellent depth, red fruit, spice & intensity. Racy but with a sense of both focused elegance & luxury in the same mouthful. Really dug this again tonight & fortunately able to justify an extra pour by only taking a tiny sip of the Lopez Heredia Blanco which continues to not be my cup of tea. Got to know what wines you appreciate most when dining out. Loved this tonight! Email out to my local retailer to advise cost & availability.

August 28, 2022 - Monthly Tasting Group: Spain (Rincon 38, Mpls, MN): Medium strawberry red color. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. Really nice, with chalk, strawberry, nicely yeasty, more body, classy, lively and balanced. 91+ to 92pts.

November 26, 2019 - Disgorged 09/18. Ageless, airy, ethereal. The nose is like gentle flower, restrained and fruity. On the palate more expressive, broad and sticky, very long. Beautiful juice of raspberries, blueberries, red currant. Pure and clean, energetic, fresh. Top.

March 17, 2019 - Disgorged 9/18. In a word - luxurious. Right from the mysterious humid nose with breezy scents of blueberry and raw rhubarb, with sweet hint of vanilla rice. On the palate explosion of fruits and freshness - like juicy raspberry sorbet. Light as air yet the flavors stick on the palate for really long finish. Impeccably clean and balanced. Biodynamic grower Champagne of High End Quality. Stunning.
