June 25, 2019 - Appearance - clear, medium pink. More pink than salmon.
Nose - clean, youthful, medium intensity. Notes of sweet red cherry and some raspberry.
Palate - medium acidity, funnily, it’s the acidity that seems to stand out. It’s a good wine with a salad. It dances a bit on palate. A bit more sour on palate than on nose. Cherry, raspberry again. A little bitterness.
It’s an ok wine. For the price it is what it is. Pretty label. -
