June 10, 2019 - A serious wine, with loads of flavor and depth, but also a lot of tannins, making this a bit too harsh to drink at the moment. This was double decanted and will be re-visited tomorrow. UPDATE: As expected, this was much better on day 2, with dark fruits, grilled herbs and spice. Deep and layered; complex and long. This seems like a wine that can reward cellaring.
