July 16, 2019 - Pinot in the City (Chicago, IL): Walk-around tasting, brief note. Hand snipped allowed gentle carbonic fermentation in amphora, followed by elevage in oak. Bright red berry and cherry throughout with such fruit purity. Mostly Shea fruit. Very impressive. 92-93 point potential.
