August 13, 2023 - Definitely still in the youthful side with very firm tannins and a tightly would core. Nevertheless, not inaccesible now. Still very expressive, classic floral and earth notes, with a note of fennel coming through with air exposure. Serious and delicious Barolo.

October 12, 2020 - Noch ein Step vollmundiger. Nach dem 16er Vigna del Gris war der 16er Pressenda schon ein vollmundiger, samtiger Traum. Der 15er setzt nochmal einen oben drauf - grossartiger Schmelz, wieder das volle Gewürzregal mit dichter Kirschfrucht. Grosse Weine.

November 30, 2019 - Am Weingut. Ein umwerfender Barolo, wenn auch nicht gerade klassisch. Volle, dichte und etwas süssliche Frucht. Das heisse Jahr ist spürbar aber auf eine gute Art. Breitere Schultern als gewöhnlich, wird kein Langstreckenläufer aber ein grossartiger Barolo, der in früher Genussreife über die nächsten 10-15 Jahre viel Spass bereiten wird. Sexy!
