Palate is vivid with medium acidity, lemon and custard flavours, with s pleasant tang. Medium bodied for riesling, mostly even palate that tails away on the back, but the finish is at least medium length, dry and crunchy and with a stoney finish that goes beyond just fruit. Tidy effort, with short term aging no issue. Contents of the bottle trump the packaging, that’s for sure!

February 26, 2020 - Pale lemon in the glass. Highly aromatic and very representative of the grape varietal - notes of peach, nectarine, white flowers and a splash of citrus juice. Light on the palate with high acidity and medium fruit concentration. Medium finish. Not a bad Riesling at the price, but I would look for a bit more depth. Compared to Clare Valley, Eden Valley Rieslings usually don't offer this.
