    December 30, 2022 - 12.71% ABV.

December 30, 2022 - Pinky copper coloured. Aromas of stone fruits. Creamy texture with nice bright fruit and a touch of tannin. A nice bitter tea-like character comes through on the finish.

October 15, 2022 - Pale copper colour. The nose is quite powerful with apricot / stone fruits. Really lovely mouthfeel and great acidity. It’s more savoury and saline than fruit led. Some nice tannins round the bottom of the mouth. Has a lovely bitter aspect like Rousanne. A hint of sweet vanilla on the finish.

December 6, 2020 - Really interesting wine. Very slight pink color. Not sure if it should be categorized as a rose or a white. Ripe stone fruit flavors, salinity and faint touch of tannins. Nicely balanced with some minerality. Evolved over the two hours we tasted.

September 27, 2020 - Rich and unctuous without being sweet. Blind I'd have guessed a very ripe grenache blanc, maybe roussanne.
