Nouveau barriques en bois évidemment mais pas abusé
Je pense que ce vin peut encore se garder 10 ans .
L équilibre achevé est très agréable
C est aussi le fer de lance du producteur ... sans doute ce que stellenbosh fait de mieux en Canernet -

March 15, 2020 - Clear, bright ruby color. Smoke, fresh red berries and a hint of tar on the nose. Darker fruits and a bit of warmth on the palate with a nice acidic backbone. Perhaps a hint of vanilla with air? Anyway, really well balanced and very charming.
