January 12, 2023 - Same as 1/23/202 note with a little more earthiness and less bubblegum. Fun and enjoyable. Glad I have more bottles!

January 23, 2022 - Really enjoyable 4 year old Beaujolais. Cherries, red currant, bubblegum, touch of barnyard earth and some baking spice. Soft acids remain along with a firm medium body and finish. Wish I had more than two of these left.

July 16, 2021 - fruity and bright gamay but with a little bit of a cellar dirt

June 4, 2021 - Decanted. Took about 1h after decant to open up. Now 2h after decant. Aromas of effervescent, jolly rancher cherries, prominent bubblegum, spices, herbs and a bit of minerals. Juicy palate w candied red cherries, some bubblegum, minerals, and candied blackberries come on the midpalate. Nice moderately long finish w a bit of refreshing bitterness at end. Mild tannins on midpalate w excellent acids. Medium+ body. Definitely ripe, bordering on being overdone but the acids keep the wine in check. Better when the wine was at cellar temp that kept the ripe fruit in check.
