August 19, 2022 - Clean open bottle. Lemon/lime saline perfume. Very pungent fruit. Stones on the nose. Surprisingly deep palate, very lively, balanced, with great length. So good when these hit.

July 25, 2021 - Needed 8 hours of air but by the end of the night it was excellent. Rich, slightly exotic and funky fruit balanced by strong minerality and spice.

August 2, 2020 - Needed about 4 hours of in bottle aeration to strut its stuff. When it did, there was no mistake that this was a really good chablis. Definitely 1er cru weight, prominent acidity that was lemon driven with some white fruit poking in the background, slightly oily texture that flowed beautifully into a light seashell finish. There were also some hints of lanolin which was a tad shocking to find. Would probably be best to revisit in 5 years time.
