April 6, 2023 - More transparent orange in color than yellow, which seems to deepen with time as the bottle is open—aromas of peach, wet stones, and wood essence.
Similar flavors in the mouth with ample acidity and a somewhat enjoyable bitter finish. -

Very aromatic, plenty of acidity, and a little bitter - almost like an orange wine. Medium/full bodied.
Very herbal, floral, and maybe a note of underripe peach on the nose. Similar flavors on the pallet with less floral notes and something like bitter almond. -
