August 27, 2020 - A "forgotten soldier" in the cellar, this bottle, while still enjoyable, is clearly past its prime. Aromas of butterscotch, pear, citrus, honey, and vanilla persist, but are now accompanied by soft notes of nutty oxidation. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with low-to-medium acidity, well-integrated alcohol (listed as 13.5%) and flavors in line with the nose. Solid in the middle and lengthy on the back end, this somehow slid under the radar and was consumed a bit too late in its evolution. Drink now.

June 26, 2017 - Showed notes of candied citrus and white peaches. Enjoyable.

    June 16, 2016 - Light gold.
Vegetal, aged nose, just in the margins of what I like.
Fruity with slight oxidisation, balanced, rich, quite long.

September 10, 2015 - oxidized: deeper than gold, grilledpineapple, golden delicious apple.

October 19, 2013 - Medium golden colour. In the nose, there are strong notes of oxidation - a bit of sherry, roasted hazelnuts, only here and there, there's a touch of class with yellow stone fruit notes. Smells a bit flat, too. On the palate, it's rather disjointed, the alcohol sticks out, nothing seems to fit together, it's just barely alive anymore. The 2006 opened for comparison is much better. Seems to be a victim of prem-ox.
