April 11, 2024 - A deep and oaky chardonnay. Lots of fruit - pineapple and lychee. Very nice but more acidity would make it a little more exciting.

April 24, 2021 - Lemon. Butter. Nutmeg. And acid to balance it out. Taste like a cool climate chard from Ontario.
