November 5, 2019 - Living in the western part of Switzerland, I am used to Chasselas wines. This RS has smells of citrus, and a bit of elderberry. A nice acidity and freshness is in contrast to recent Chasselas wines, which become more and more alcoholic, oily and lack acidity and fizz, due to climate change. Maybe RS wines could be an answer for climate warming?
