April 24, 2022 - Drank with dinner with two other German rieslings. No detailed notes taken, this is a brief recollection.
Bordering on trocken, there's a barely perceptible amount of RS. Quite good as an aperitif or starter wine, with solid Mosel character and balance. Not particularly complex.
Served with two sets of blinis - smoked salmon/ sour cream and bbq pork/ gochujang. It seamlessly went very well with both. -

August 9, 2021 - Super-tasty young Riesling from Mosel‘s Carl Loewen. After a long bike ride this is exactly what I need today. More on the exotic side with yellow fruits, peaches and lemon with good underlying acidity. Not overly complex but high trinkfluss. The bottle disappeared in no time.
