July 14, 2021 - Decanted for an hour. Bright acid with ripe cherry. Medium body and finish.

May 17, 2021 - Leather nose with smokey, leathery, dark cherry flavors. To be honest it was a bit medicinal at 1st open and i thought it might be bad. But the longer it sat open the better it got. By the end of the bottle it was fantastic.
