  December 19, 2016 - Probably a little past its prime, fairly closed upon opening, drank over the course of 3 hours and it opened up considerably by the end. Nutty and somewhat beeswaxy, after an hour or so some decent acidity crept back in that made the wine seem more lively than when opened, and gave it some slight tropical fruit notes. Drink up but let it sit for a bit before digging in.

  November 15, 2011 - Unfortunate aroma, but heavenly palate and gets better the longer its open. A white that drinks like a red. This was the last of the 06.

  Well structured, good acidity with long finish
