November 1, 2019 - Interesting take on the grape. Lots of fruit, slightly grapey but also black fruits mixed in there. A little stink up front. Not goopy, but a big wine. It's not really something I would reach for, but offers value.

Slight red tomato pyrazines with slight chicken skins.
Weird rotten bell pepper pyrazines on the palate.
Dry, full bodied, 14% alcohol (13.5%), elevated acid, medium tannins - a bit coarse.
Not a fan of the fruit character.
Actually: lisboa aegamae valley selection 2016 red
12 months in french oak.
