February 6, 2020 - Pale lemon colour. Pronounced nose with green apples, peach, lemon, lime, wet stones, biscuit, butter and minerals. Pronounced taste of green apples, lemon, lime, wet stones, biscuit, butter and minerals. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium (+) body. A very good Bourgogne Blanc that has potential if stored for five to ten years. Goes well with fish, shellfish or poultry.
