September 18, 2023 - Very good- sadly my last bottle. A sumptuous langhe nebbiolo- and that’s a rare adjective for the appellation. Threw a little sediment and definitely starting to show some development, which I’m not certain is likely to improve this- being a dark fruited, fresh and juicy of a nebbiolo.

November 2, 2022 - This was so much better than I expected! Read previous notes, and definitely get the cherry but it held up very nicely with olives and herbal notes at the finish.

May 18, 2022 - Lots of cherry. Tannins and acid are quite “hello!” but not out of balance. Just a little black olive and damp cellar.

April 9, 2022 - Delicious- so much cherry fruit and no rough tannins and lack of balance that 2017 typically shows. With all the experience I now have of this vintage I’m even more impressed by how good this bottling is. Chapeau!
