January 15, 2022 - Clear pear and white pepper aromas.
This has mellowed out a bit and this makes it an unequivocal pleasure to drink. Strong acidity but in great balance that gives impression of refreshing roundness -

February 5, 2021 - No detailed notes because we finished the bottle with dinner before I took any. This felt as much like generic, entry level Sancerre as typical Gruner; it was less green, more austere and stony. Nice saltiness but a little lacking in concentration and character. Decent quality for $18 but not much better than some $12-14 Gruner I’ve had and I’d rather pay less for one of those, or pay more and have actual Sancerre. ~5/10

December 6, 2020 - Very crisp, citrusy style of Gruner. Almost Sauv Blanc-like. Meyer lemon flavor with an herbaceous note and some spice. Paired well with mushroom tacos with mild salsa.

January 24, 2020 - Blonde color. Classic yeasty and peppery notes. More open aromas after half an hour. Herbal notes. Cilantro. Very easy drinking. Gains complexity with time. Has potential.
