June 2, 2021 - Grandes Pagos de Espana Tasting. Pale straw with a green hue. Clean, med (+) lemon, lime, stone fruit, oyster shells, white flowers. All stainless steel. Dry, with med (+) to high acidity, med alcohol (13%). Creamy mouthfeel due to 4 - 6 months on the lees. The palate is consistent with the nose, with med (+) intensity and length. Finishes with a lot of minerality and a slight saltiness, perhaps due to its coastal location. Drink now, although the structure will allow aging. Great QPR, one of my top Albarinos.
