March 1, 2024 - Two hour decant. I rarely drink Bdx this young--I am not sure I wouldn't have called it a Cali blend blind. Not where I would drink it, but young, seductive, red and purple fruit and the balance and tannin that portends a long life. Would love to drink this side by side by an aged bottle 15 years from now. Great bottle.

July 23, 2023 - This needed about five plus hours open to come alive. That said it came around but in reality remained unbalanced. Dark chocolate, graphite, plum, leather and damp earth. Very ripe but lots of acid that needs time to settle. Enjoyable but try the next in five plus.
