Community Tasting Notes 1

August 23, 2013 - Everything from the color to the palate is very primary. Flavors of blueberry, sweet black cherry and pomegranate. Soft, almost powdery tannins. Not a lot of detail, depth or layers at this point. A somewhat linear wine. No sediment. 14.3% alc. With blue cheeses (bleu de Basque and others), assorted olives (including brined black) and crusty bread. Recommended.
