March 31, 2019 - Asparagus, pencil shavings, leather, slight saline minerality. Juicy, wet, green, slightly drying burr for the tannins. A little red fruit is hiding beneath all the shrubbery. For me this is kind of fun and a massive demonstration of why Cabernet was not suited to the Mornington...mind you, with global warming, there's hope yet...
