September 2, 2021 - Clear pale brick; clean medium nose of ripe red cherries, barnyard and soil; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus tannins; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of cocoa; medium plus finish; drink now or in a few years; a little watery - wish intensity could be a little higher; has more body and tannins than many Ontario Pinots
