May 22, 2022 - color: dark purple; nose; cherry; taste: medium-bodied mouth feel, starts off with an oddly hollow taste which, after a couple of seconds in the mouth, gives way to blue-purple fruit taste before being subsumed by hot-tasting alcohol, moderate acidity and tannins, medium-length finish; overall: a bit of an oddball...I'll pass.

January 22, 2022 - Definitely fruity but with no layering depth. Lots of scorched earthy notes and drying, somewhat green tannins dominating the finish. Not bad but also not really interesting or satisfying and not ideal on it’s own. Don’t think this is one that just needs some more time, it is what it is.
