Fairly full-bodied, but lifted nicely by the acidity. Fun wine but way young; or at least don't p&p like I did? Still tasty though. Best with food (went well with biltong).

November 25, 2022 - Open the bottle two hours in advance. 30 minutes before serving, place it in ice water. It began to open nicely and has developed better than my last bottle from a year ago. I will buy this wine again.

September 7, 2022 - Drank in a restaurant, and just enering its drinking window, this is a very pleasant drink. Re longevity it is probably better to be drinking over the next decade.
