November 4, 2019 - Full bodied/flavored wine; needs robust food for pairing; we had it with ribs. Not a big fan of the nose: some fruit but also strong woody notes. Same theme continues on the palate with decent acidity. Does hold up well with stronger flavors.

July 28, 2019 - July 2019 Trip to the Finger Lakes; 7/27/2019-7/28/2019 (Seneca Lake): Interesting blend of lemberger and pinot noir. Nice wine with plenty of soft fruit, backed up with an herbal earthiness from the pinot. Sufficient acid to prop up the fruit. Really enjoyable, but drink now.

July 5, 2019 - A good hamburger wine or with other rustic, bold flavors. More sophistication than expected; also more than previous versions. Nose has brambles, black fruit, hints of earth. The palate balances the heavy flavor of the blaufrankish with a lighter finish from the PN. Not going out of my way for more but good with the right food.
