November 3, 2022 - Popped(unscrewed) and consumed at 48 deg. Light gold color, no sediment or particulates this time. Aromas and flavors of bruised pear, pineapple, guava, peach, and some tertiary nutty notes. The palate stayed strong with a delicious finish, and I would have boosted my rating by a point, but the bouquet really started to fade over a few hours of airtime and that was a nice part of the wine that just seemed to disappear.

July 16, 2022 - Stone fruit. Ripe without being ponderous, medium acidity. Oily mouthfeel typical of Roussanne. Winemaker recommends this near room temp for better aromatics and depth of flavor, and surprise, I agree! Made me wish for ceviche.

April 26, 2022 - Dark orange color should have been a giveaway. Seems seriously oxidized, though the screwcap was fine. Don't know what happened, but this one went to the drain.

February 22, 2022 - Notes after following for 6 hours open. Medium gold color with a tiny bit of sediment. Lightly powered aromas of hazelnut cream, bright lemon, toasted marshmallow, and a nice mineral-laden feel in the mouth with firm citrus fruits and light lumber joining the bouquet. No real changes, other than a slight fading of intensity over the 6 hours tasted. The past might have been better than its future, but I think this window is certainly open for consumption.
