February 22, 2020 - Nez expressif et très parfumé de fleurs blanches (iris) et de fruits exotiques (litchi). Une belle ampleur en bouche sur du beaux fruits moins exhubérant (tant mieux) que le nez. Petite amertume en finale mais en général fort bon.
Le lendemain, sortie du frigo...les arômes encore fortes sont adoucies... Ca le rend meilleur. Celui-ci est à servir très frais, ce que je fais rarement, même pour les blancs.
