  November 14, 2021 - By the glass. This year I have been tasting pinots from this winery and the truth is that they were not bad at all. This bottle of PG is not an exception. It evolves from simple floral memories to fresh spicy fruit on the nose while on the palate it is offered as a dry, balanced and very long wine. In my humble opinion it lacks the strength and ability to age properly but right now it is pure enjoyment.
  
  Por copas. Este año he estado catando pinots de esta bodega y la verdad es que no estaban mal del todo. Esta botella de PG no es una excepción. Evoluciona de simples recuerdos florales a fruta fresca especiada en nariz mientras que en boca se ofrece como un vino seco, equilibrado y muy largo. En mi humilde opinión carece de fuerza y de la capacidad de envejecer adecuadamente pero ahora mismo es puro disfrute.
