October 16, 2020 - Enticing aromas of tobacco & black currants, olive & iron - fantastic. After 90 minute decant, it really opens up to add toasty vanilla-laced oak - even a faint butter aroma.

Structure is well integrated & smooth with vibrant acidity & refined tannin. Excellent length & complexity.

Drank over 5 hours & it evolved the entire time. If there is better CAN CF - I have not seen it.
