March 14, 2017 - Served in big bowl, Chardonnay glasses. Dark yellow on the eye. Dried pears, slightly oxidised, luvly yeast on the nose. Rich and creamy, elegant, silky and smooth on the palate. Charming, complex and mature on the palate. A winner from A to Z...and great QPR. We are giddy as teenage gals on prom nights that we have more than a few of these luvlies resting in the cellar. She has miles to go before she sleeps...

October 17, 2015 - Tres yummy bubble we sipped at Upper Modern Bistro for their 2nd Year Anniversary "Out of the Box" Les Freres Marchand Cheese dinner celebration...congrats to Philippe and Gregoire! Served in proper white wine glasses...thanks Nicolas! Fairly low dosage (around 4 g/l). Virtually no bubbles...this is a wine!!! Dried pears, slightly oxidised, rich and creamy, elegant, silky and smooth. Charming, complex and mature on the palate. A winner from A to Z...and great QPR at such a good Michelin One Star restaurant!
