Community Tasting Notes 1

February 25, 2007 - Pale, luminous straw colour. Aroma apparent from a distance; grass, yellow fruits; full and rounded. Very creamy, smooth taste. Butter, minerals and soft apricot. Very pleasant, assured and mature. A hint of smoke on the finish. A generous, classy wine. A good example of a white that has benefited from some bottle-age.
