On the nose it was a ton of fresh fruit, strawberry, melon, raspberry, peach, you name it. On the pallet it was extremely mineral, not as herbal, but tasted like a strong metal edge. I absolutely loved it, one of my favorite roses. Not just something to slam on the beach, but somethign with depth of flavor to relax and enjoy. -

February 21, 2021 - Elements of Wine 2021 - My Class at GnG; 2/7/2021-12/31/2021 (Grapes & Grains, Temecula, CA): Similar notes as previous tastings. This is just a fantastic, more serious style of rose from a highly unexpected, interesting location. If you are reading this and unfamiliar with the Canary Islands island of Lanzarote, GOOGLE it now! Talk about extreme winemaking!

February 13, 2021 - Wow, really great stuff. Excellent acidity, bone dry, and syrupy in texture. Huge concentration, apple and white floral character. Just a pleasure. I can’t ask more from a rose.

July 12, 2020 - Brought to a large gathering. I find this so interesting, unique and I love it. Strawberry, watermelon, sea spray, strong mineral backbone. There are tannins and grip on the finish. Not a light patio pounder but a contemplative wine.
