August 30, 2017 - Very dark. Big blackberry in the nose. Then tea and some herb. Medium body, subdued tannin and maturing fruit. Very good now and for another 5 or 10 years.

April 24, 2015 - Even less impressive than earlier bottle. Lacked complexity and structure that I expect with a wine at this price point.

July 26, 2014 - I am not sure if it is bottle variation or I am just in a different place on tis, but this was noticeably better this time around. Restrained nose with some dark fruit and a bit of forrest floor with some green pepper. On the palate certainly old world with great balance and not an over abundance of fruit. Really nice old world cab. thedrunkencyclist.com

January 9, 2014 - You know, there is nothing wrong with this at all. There is decent fruit, good balance, and an acceptable finish. Complexity? Not so much. This is a solid wine, but nothing to really write home about (although writing on Cellar Tracker is OK). Good to Very Good. thedrunkencyclist, com

June 25, 2012 - Tasted non blind at home. PnP and followed over 4 hours. Nose of cassis, cherries and some heat. Similar palate. Short-medium length finish of sour cherries. Mostly resolved tannins. Medium-high acid level. OK wine but nothing special and not very good QPR. Drink now and over the next 2-3 years.
