May 5, 2021 - 2015 Base wine from GC vineyards in Bouzy. 3 yrs on lees and disgorged in Feb ‘19. Low 3.5gr/l dosage, 60% chardonnay, 34% PN and 6% still PN. Salmon pink w. fine mousse. Aromas of red fruit; small strawberries and raspberry, green apple, initially some sweet ‘bubblegum’? Mineral, nice balance of red fruit notes and acidity. Complex, yet medium bodied. Will develop further and incredible value

January 25, 2020 - Rich Pinot Noir on the nose and palate, much fuller bodied than I would have anticipated for 3.5 g/L dosage. Strawberry and raspberry with green and red apple, meyer lemon, berry preserves on a buttered croissant. Plenty of acidity and overall delicious if perhaps a bit clipped on the finish.

August 10, 2019 - Champagne subtle dry. Yet definitely subtle taste of pinot noir. Lovely on a warm day and good for celebrations.
