May 24, 2021 - Solid super Tuscan, took a day to really open up. I decanted the first evening only an hour. Probably would have benefited from more. Red fruit on the nose with cedar. Crisp red and blue fruit, wood, cedar not. Young tannins with a decent acidity. Probably would have benefited from a year or two but this was good now. Consider opening a day early?
