January 5, 2023 - Smoky tar and cherry for days, just short of petrol/diesel... very attractive, but not an everyday wine if u need a pinot fix.

October 11, 2022 - As described 10 months ago. Robust, dark grippy elegance. Best $8.99 wine I can recall ever tasting. Drink whenever you want (now-2025).

December 20, 2021 - A very special value wine. From nose to palate, an extremely atypical, roasted and bloody southern Rhone meets New World pinot noir. A healthy dose of cranberry and black cherry fruit, yielding to red cherry and vanilla toast on the exceptionally balanced and long finish. Wonderful without food while thinking, "Perfect with smoked pork chop."

March 31, 2021 - Good after a half-hour in the glass. This is a big, obvious pinot, just like I like. Nose is bold red fruits. Very “watery” looking and transparent in the glass, but what a great refreshing taste from front to back of the mouth. Tannins are a long way in the distance.

January 15, 2021 - Once allowed to decant for 1-hour+ this Pinot turned out to be very aromatic.  Full of dried herbs, plum, and hints of clove & vanilla. The pallate is much more fruit forward with flavors of plum sauce, cranberry, while also having earthy undertones. An excellent value and paired quite well with asian marinated chicken thighs! ($9)  [1/15/21]
