December 17, 2021 - Jólavínsmakk Eðalklúbbsins 2021 (Marbakkabraut 12): Við byrjuðum á að opna 3 freyðandi flöskur. Drukknar með ostum af ýmsu tagi, þrenns konar mismunandi skinku og svo paté af fínustu gerð.
Við byrjuðum á að opna þessa. Ekki miklar nótur teknar en þetta var mjög gott freyðivín. Stóð samt Drappier víninu sem kom á eftir aðeins að baki. -

October 10, 2020 - Best Cava I've tasted. Extremely complex, brut but not austere. We paired with Spanish cheese, almonds and other tapas. Dollar for dollar, I'd go with a grower-producer Champagne but if you want Spanish flavor and class, this is my pick.
