April 29, 2023 - Still heaps of depth.

January 28, 2012 - Drank at Opito Bay. Lovely brick red hue with a brownish tinge reflecting 8 years of age. Nose somewhat closed but a beautiful palate of strawberries and vanilla. It's soft, elegant and beautifully balanced. BUT it lacks any wow factor and leads me to believe that I am (at this point in time) more of a cab sav Bordeaux man.

December 19, 2011 - Decent enough for pizza in front of the big screen, but certainly nothing extraordinary - either in quality or value. One note of dull and lifeless cherry, nothing much else going on. May have waited to long too pop this one.

February 4, 2011 - I'm a little let down with this wine. There is nothing by way of aromatics. On the palate there is some juicy cherry, but not enough to make me smile. Basic and kinda blah. Nothing special, but not offensive. This kind of wine can be found for under $10. ($16)

February 20, 2010 - Gorgeous Pinot Noir. Complete mouthfeel, balance and length. Moderate fruit - raspberries. Moderate spices and pepper. A tremendously impressive wine, drinking perfectly in 2010
