  March 3, 2022 - complex fruit with a stony bitterness on the finish; always interesting, but it didn't work with Chinese food. Would likely not have guessed the grape varieties if tasted blind.

  January 15, 2021 - Had at around 50F. Straw yellow, not long legs. Nose of melon and pear, with lemon and apple on the mid-palate with mouthwatering acidity and nice finish with spice and ginger. Definitely a very good wine. Enjoyed with oysters and lemon/dill/capers crab cakes.

  July 3, 2020 - Color: medium straw
  Nose: peach, apple, and cut grass, vanilla and white strawberry, stone, a little octane. Alpine herbs and sour almond
  Palate: medium acidity, thick texture and medium-full body. Very balanced, the minerals and fruit on one side, the vanilla and burnt sugar on the other. Very round.
  Finish: long
  
  Rich and elegant. Lots of layers and depth - I can imagine this aging well, still fresh and endearing right now.
