June 17, 2022 - In der Nase viel Hefe, etwas Zitrus und viel reifes Kernobst. Außerdem steinig und mit Luft kommen deutlich kräutrige und vegetabile Noten hinzu.
Am Gaumen hat das durchaus Säure, Zug und Spiel, allerdings wirkt es auch deutlich kandiert bis limonadig und hinten raus etwas breit. Trotzdem guter Fruchtbiss, gute Länge und andeutungsweise der dunkle Dönnhoff-Kern.
Nicht mein Jahrgang und ewig lang liegen sollte das auch nicht. -

March 29, 2021 - This has good weight and the palette is overwhelmingly apple. I am saving the next bottle for several years after it develops some other flavors but right now just tastes like delicious apple juice. Still really delicious though, 91+.

May 2, 2020 - Last few notes have been accurate on flavor. To repeat though, this is a bone dry citrusy grapefruity explosion, with a ton of crunchy depth and energy. Long peppery finish. Great balance and high acid. Powerful.
