May 2, 2019 - A private lunch (Wine Bar La Dilettante, Beaune, France): Clearly a vin nature, the flavours are fresh and primary and bright, ripe black cherry, violets, touch of carbon dioxide, really airy and relaxed, gentle skin bitters, juicy and fresh, good length. Lovely wine, clean as a whistle.
