July 23, 2023 - Enjoyed with friends at dinner - excellent Paso blend - dark Cherry and Cedar - multifaceted flavours with layers of fruit and some dusty tannins. Long finish with plenty of more fruit. Good partner with rib eye.

December 29, 2022 - Opened and served with a baked ziti casserole. A truly beautiful and mouth filling cab. Glad I gave this some years in the cellar; the tannins have softened somewhat and the fruit core is still firm.

January 27, 2020 - Winespeak tasting notes from Jan 14: Aromas of cassis, tapenade, leather, dried lavender and floral spices. Nicely expressive black fruit on the attack - open-knit with beautifully-layered spice and floral depth. Elegant throughout the palate, with fine polished tannins and ample depth on the finish.

June 21, 2019 - Excellent Paso Cab - a blend of Cab/Merlot/with a little Syrah/Petite Syrah and Malbec with plenty of solid fruit balanced by soft tannins and medium acidity. Dark cherry with earthy leather notes and some oak. A harmonious well structured wine. Glad I bought more than one.
