March 5, 2021 - Lovely combination of spices (mace-like), yellow stone - and citrus fruits on a mineral base. A touch of honey, without apparent sweetness, and an oily, round mouthfeel give a solid texture. The acidity is quite wide, yet the flavours are all nicely integrated. Good balance, interesting complexity, nice depth, great wine.
Obviously this would go well with seafood, but a spicy chicken dish would find an accomodating partner in this Greco too.
    Btw, amazing QPR!

Interesting perk: the vertically ribbed bottle would look nice on a barbecue table, in my wife's opinion.

June 3, 2020 - Bought some Italian whites to broaden my perspective. Good white fruits, small tropical touch and some peardrops. Pretty intense wine with good acidity and a long aftertaste, minerals and the Italian almonds/bitter.

April 11, 2020 - Just impressive. Light, yet powerful, with intense scents and flavors of lemon, minerals, wet stone and white fruits. Not highly complex, but as delicoious in its simplicity as a italian white can be. What makes this towering high above the ocean of very good whites in Italy? Long aftertaste, intensity of flavors and its great balance of fruit and refreshing acidity. 93 from The W. A. 5/12/17/8. -2023+ in a cool cellar.
