January 9, 2020 - Dark garnet-purple, still opaque, with hints of brown at the edges. Powerful but typical shiraz aromas of deep black fruits, smoky oak. Very viscous. Still very concentrated fruit, power over elegance or complexity, hasn't moved much since it was young. High alcohol, hot and long finish. Good for a glass or two but then becomes over the top. I don't think it will evolve much further, so best to drink over the next few years.

November 3, 2019 - Raspberry jam. Medium finish. Dark garnet. Delicious. Any complexity is overwhelmed by fruit but tasty. Better on Day 2.

August 27, 2019 - BYOB with friends - Cartoon label theme (The Masses Singapore): A powerful blend of black cherries, cassis, blueberry, cloves, and some tar and peat. Could feel the high alcohol warmth though, but fortunately the intensity made up

July 19, 2019 - Nothing stands out here. Middle of the road wine without much nuance. I last tried this 8-9 years ago, and it continues to feel young/brooding. My guess is this will never evolve into something that is complex.

June 17, 2019 - This Aussie Cab blend is drinking perfectly right now. Super, silky smooth tannins integrate with soft blackberry fruit with hints of vanilla, mocha and chocolate. Doesn’t need much time to open up and express itself. Sadly, this is my last bottle.
