  February 16, 2024 - L'accord avec une coquille St-Jacque était particulièrement réussi. Le vin est tout en discrétion, mais la texture de est vraiment magnifié en présence de nourriture.

  June 19, 2021 - Beau muscadet avec de l’age. Pas des plus complexes, mais bien fait, avec un peu de fruit et une belle mineralite. Acidite modere, tres equilibre, pas des plus eclatant, mais bien equilibre.

  July 3, 2020 - This one confuses me a little - it's clearly well-made and I'm generally a fan of mineral yet rich, saline beverages, but for me there's something lacking here; there's good intensity and length but the finish feels like it lacks intensity, perhaps. Still insane value and very easy to drink.

  June 27, 2020 - Wow! Where did this one come from? This crackles and zings with energy and drive, layers and layers of minerally goodness soaring out of the glass. It is like a Muscadet that has spent time hanging out with more sophisticated friends from Chablis. The age has not softened this wine at all - there is depth here on the palate but not in any sense of richness - it is more about the pure essence of crushed rock. Great stuff and an utter bargain.
